LUCKY LUGGAGE TAG
1. CONTEST AND CONTEST PERIOD
The “LUCKY LUGGAGE TAG” (hereinafter the “contest”) is organized by JLL Services Immobiliers, Inc. (hereinafter the “organizer”). The contest begins Monday, June 13, 2022, at 10:00am (ET) (hereinafter the “contest starting date”) and ends Sunday, June 26, 2022, at 5:00pm (ET) at the latest (hereinafter the “contest end date”).
2.1 The contest is open to Quebec residents aged 18 or over on the starting date of the contest, excluding employees, representatives, agents, or all the shop employees of Place Ste-Foy, directors and officers of the organizer, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, its parent companies, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of equipment, prizes and services related to this contest and any other stakeholder directly related to the contest, and members of their families and those with whom they are domiciled.
2.2 Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, irregular, forged, garbled or reproduced.
2.3 Participants should make a copy of their entry if they wish to keep a copy.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Participants in the LUCKY LUGGAGE TAG contest must purchase $100 or more at one or more Place Ste-Foy retailers and present their invoice(s) dated the same day to a Conciergerie staff representative at Place Ste-Foy Conciergerie, located next to the food court, during the contest period. The participant who meets the conditions of participation will receive a luggage tag in which a mystery prize will be inserted.
3.2 The period for receiving the luggage tag will begin on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. and will end on Sunday, June 26, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., or while supplies last.
3.3 Contest Entry Restrictions. Contest entries are limited to one (1) luggage tag per person, per day. The use (or attempted use) of multiple names and/or identities to enter the Contest will be invalid for the purposes of the Contest and may, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Organizer, result in disqualification.
3.4 The sole determinant of the time for purposes of a valid Entry in the Contest will be an official clock chosen by the Contest Organizer.
4. THE PRIZES
4.1 There is a total of 400 prize including:
- (a) One (1) $200 Place Ste-Foy gift card
- (b) One hundred and seventy-eight (178) $10 Place Ste-Foy gift cards ($1,780 value)
- (c) Twenty-five (25) $10 Bâton Rouge gift cards ($250 value)
- (d) Thirty (30) $10 wash nets from Silhouette Lingerie ($300 value)
- (e) Ten (10) $10 DeSerres gift cards ($100 value)
- (f) Fifty (50) trial doses of soap and hand cream from Fruits et Passion ($275 value)
- (g) Two (2) $25 Laura Secord gift cards (value of $50)
- (h) One hundred (100) $20 Lacoste candles ($2000 value)
- (i) Four (4) $10 Bizou gift cards ($40 value)
4.2 Value of prize:
The total prize is valued at $4995.
5.1 A randomly selected luggage tag will be awarded by a Conciergerie staff member to the entrant who has previously met the entry criteria described in section 3.1, HOW TO ENTER.
5.2 The following prizes will be awarded randomly from June 13 to 26, 2022, or while supplies last:
- One (1) $200 Place Ste-Foy gift card
- One hundred and seventy-eight (178) $10 Place Ste-Foy gift cards ($1,780 value)
- Twenty-five (25) $10 Bâton Rouge gift cards ($250 value)
- Thirty (30) $10 wash nets from Silhouette Lingerie ($300 value)
- Ten (10) $10 DeSerres gift cards ($100 value)

5.3 A Place Ste-Foy Conciergerie staff representative will randomly give a luggage tag containing the prize details to the entrant. 400 eligible winners will be awarded a prize.
5.4 Prizes will be pre-inserted into the luggage tag by an administration employee in such a way that it is not visible, and under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
5.5 All luggage tags are winners. The first 400 participants who claim and demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements will receive a prize. Prize quantities are limited to 400.
6. CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE PRIZE
6.1. Offered prize must be accepted as is and is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or redeemable. The cash value of the Place Ste-Foy gift card(s) is redeemable at participating retailer’s stores from Ivanhoé Cambridge shopping centers in Canada. For more information, visit www.shopping.ca.
6.2. A minimum purchase totaling $100 made on the same day at one or more Place Ste-Foy retailers is required.
7. CLAIMING PRIZE
7.1. In order to be declared a winner, the participant must comply with the following conditions:
- He/she must go to the Place Ste-Foy’s Conciergerie counter located next to the food court, and present:
- Invoice(s) from one or more Place Ste-Foy retailers totaling $100 or more, for purchases made on the same day during the contest period.
- Provide his/her last name, first name and postal code.
- He/She must present photo identification and proof of residence in Quebec
- He/she must complete and sign a liability waiver form. The prize will be awarded on the same day the waiver is signed (for prize 4.1 (a) only).
7.2. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or any other conditions provided for in these rules will result in the selected entrant being disqualified and the prize that would have been awarded will be forfeited. In such a case, the organizer will not give the luggage tag to the participant. The luggage tag may be given to a participant who meets the conditions for claiming the prize.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1. Improper participation. The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or cancel their participation if they enter or attempts to enter this contest in a manner that does not comply with the rules. This participant could be reported to the competent judicial authorities. Any decisions of the contest organizer regarding the contest are final and without appeal, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, on questions within its competence.
8.2. Replacement or modification of the prize in the contest. JLL Services Immobiliers, Inc. reserves the right to substitute one or more prizes or any part of them by a prize of approximately the same value and similar type or, in its sole discretion, the monetary value of the prize indicated in these Regulations. JLL Services Immobiliers, Inc. also reserves the right to modify the contest, suspend or terminate it at any time without notice, and subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quebec, if required.
8.3. Prize limit. In all cases, the contest organizer will not be responsible for awarding more prizes or to award prizes other than those in accordance with these rules.
8.4. Limitation of Liability. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any problems, breakdown, technical malfunction of a network line, online computer system, peripheral telephone, software, server, provider, email, browser or technical malfunctions that may occur including, without limitation, a problem of transmission or non-transmission of an entry form, regardless of the cause. The organizer is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming used in the contest or by any technical or human error that could have occurred during the contest, including in the processing of entry forms. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, loss or fault relating to operation or transmission, failure of communication lines, theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry forms. All entry forms and declaration forms become the property of the organizer and will not be returned. The organizer reserves the right to destroy all documents relating to the contest once the retention period as required by law has expired.
8.5. Verification. Participation is declared invalid in case of delay or if it is illegible, incomplete, contrary to the rules, false or truncated.
8.6. Operation of the contest application. The contest organizer does not in any way guarantee that the platform on which is held the contest or the web pages of the contest or any related web site will be accessible or functional without interruption throughout the contest period or that it will be free of any errors.
8.7. Contest rollout. Any attempt to deliberately damage the operation of this contest or any related web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. If such attempts occur, the contest organizer reserves the right to reject the entrant's entries and obtain redress under the law.
8.8. Termination of participation in the contest. In the event that the computer system was not able to register all contest entries during the contest period, and that, for any reason, particularly because of verification by the platform on which the contest is held, or if participation in the contest must be terminated in whole or in part before the closing date provided in these rules, the draw may be held, at the discretion of the contest organizer, among the entries duly registered during the contest period or, if applicable, to the date of the event that ended participation in the contest.
8.9. Disclaimer: use of the prize. By entering this contest, any entrant selected for a prize release and holds harmless the contest organizers, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives (the "Released Parties") from any damage he may suffer as a result of accepting or using the prize.
8.10. Liability limit: participation in the contest. By participating or attempting to participate in this contest, entrants release and hold harmless the beneficiaries of any damage they may incur due to their participation or attempted participation in the contest.
8.11. Consent to the use of human representation. By entering the contest, each registered participant consents to the use of their name, the name of their city of residence, statement regarding the contest and any aspect of their person for publicity purposes in all media used by JLL Services Immobiliers, Inc. and its respective advertising and promotional agencies, without any payment or compensation.
8.12. Communication with participants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants in this contest other than in accordance with these rules or on the initiative of the contest organizer.
8.13. Personal information. The personal information gathered about entrants in connection with this contest will only be used for the administration of this contest. No communication, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to this contest will be sent to entrants, unless the latter have otherwise agreed.
8.14. Where are the contest rules? The contest rules and regulations are available on the Place Ste-Foy website and at the Conciergerie desk (mentioned in 3.1) during the contest period or upon request in paper form to the Conciergerie desk.
8.15. Compliance with the contest rules. All entrants agree to comply with the contest rules, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of JLL Services Immobiliers, Inc., subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, if required.
8.16. Winners. The winners may be obtained by writing to: “LUCKY LUGGAGE TAG” Place Ste-Foy office, located at 2450 Boulevard Laurier, Québec G1V 2L1
8.17. Compliance with laws in force. Contest is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws and all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal regulations in Canada.
8.18. RACJ. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
8.19. Severability of sections. If any section of this regulation is declared illegal, unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that section shall be considered invalid, but all other paragraphs which are not affected will be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
