TASKS

Technical:
o Guarantee an exceptional shopping experience
o Supervise and plan weekly activities according to priorities and goals
o Ensures the good performance of the hairdressing salon and wig salon
o Offer an exceptional shopping experience

Management:
o Be an ambassador for the brand and create a positive work environment
o Ensure the communication flow between the corporate office and the store employees
o Actively participate in the development of the team
o Ensure the sales technics and train the team regarding these technics
