Specific Skills
- Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage, Prepare reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Check assembly of trays, Efficient re-stocking.

- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Education - degree, certificate or diploma experience an asset
- Monday 10:00am - 3:30pm
- Tuesday 10:00am - 3:30pm
- Wednesday 10:00am - 3:30pm
- Thursday 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Saturday 11:00am - 2:00pm
- Sunday Closed
