At Place Ste-Foy, there are two comfortably appointed nursing and baby care lounges available to families, complete with a microwave, rocking chair and spare diapers and wipes. To use these facilities, press the intercom button and a customer service representative will grant you access.

Cards can be purchased at the customer service kiosk and redeemed through most of our retailers.

The minimum amount for activating a card is $5, and the maximum is $500. You can check your card balance at any time by going to www.getmybalance.com or calling 1-800-755 8608.
